The fourteenth Leadership Character Awards (LCA) luncheon originally scheduled for October 28th, 2020 has been cancelled and rescheduled for October 27, 2021 due to the Covid-10 Pandemic. However, the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership Character will be still presented to honoree Hala Moddelmog in October. A virtual celebration event will be held on October 28, 2020. We are very excited about this first ever virtual event and are proud to honor Hala Moddelmog for her years of inspiring leadership aligned with the Leadership Character Model.
Additionally, proceeds from the 2020 Virtual Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership Character event will go to TLG’s newly established Leadership Character Youth Coalition. This not-for-profit is currently under formation. The goal of the NFP will be to help spread leadership character principles around the world, by utilizing a multitude of digital assets. The target is youth and the methodology to spread the word is through engaging schools, not-for-profit partners, and business. There are many ways you can participate in the upcoming 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership Character, including donating, sponsoring or simply attending. For more information regarding the awards, email email@example.com.
The awards presented at this event are recognized as some of the most prestigious in the Southeast and include the business, nonprofit and education sectors across the state of Georgia. We hope that you will participate in this event in 2021. We believe that a nomination for one or more of your colleagues, partners, friends or others who represent the principles of the Turknett Leadership Character Model is a pinnacle honor for the individual. It is also an ideal way to shine the spotlight on character in leadership by recognizing leaders at all levels who inspire us to be better in every aspect of our lives. We look forward to your participation in the full awards event in 2021.
